This morning, Wednesday, the International Sustainable Research and Education Network (ISREN), in coordination with Seiyun University—represented by the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance—held an international scientific seminar at the Kuwait Hall in the Faculty of Education. The seminar was titled: "Essential Practices for Quality Assurance of Education and its Outcomes."

The seminar targeted college deans and a number of faculty members. Attendees included Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Bin Shehab, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs; Prof. Dr. Omar Aboud Aqailan, Vice President of the University for Student Affairs; Mr. Mudrak Abdullah Al-Jabri, Secretary-General of the University; and Dr. Ali Yaslam Bin Hadjah, Director of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance, alongside the CEO of the International Network, Dr. Abdullah Faisal Al-Shalif.

During the seminar, Dr. Al-Shalif presented several key topics, notably: the sustainability of continuous improvement and development to achieve quality standards, the role of the faculty member in improving academic performance, methods for performance evaluation and review, mechanisms for measuring learning outcomes, and the importance of feedback in developing educational programs.

The event concluded with a set of recommendations focused on the continuity of development and performance improvement, strengthening the partnership between educational outcomes and the labor market, and formulating indicators that contribute to advancing the level of education and the quality of its outcomes.
